A: Apartments listed on our website are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We update the listing of available apartments daily. When you search for availability on a future move-in date, we only show you apartments that match your apartment search criteria.
A: A maximum of 2 spayed or neutered and front declawed cats are permitted with a signed lease Addendum. Please talk to your property’s leasing agent about the pet policy at your property.
A: No. Your security deposit is used to cover any damages that may have happened during your tenancy. It cannot be used for your final rent payment.

A: Most properties require a monthly income of no less than 3 times the monthly rent for the unit although this does very. Please talk to your property’s leasing agent about the income requirement at your property.
A: Yes. This way you don't risk losing the apartment to someone else while you are filling out the application. We do not hold apartments!
A: There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee for each application. An application is required for every individual over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment (this includes non-lease holders).
A: We look at a number of factors, including:
- Employment history
- Rental history
- Credit worthiness
- Criminal background
- Proof of income
A: All evictions must have been closed for 10 years or 120 months.
A: Coachlight Communities LLC offers two options for tenants who need to opt out of their lease due to unforeseeable circumstances. You can sublet your apartment, or you can "buy out" of your lease. For more details, please contact your leasing office to discuss your options.
A: Your leasing office will contact you a minimum of 70 days prior to the expiration of your lease, giving you the option to extend your lease further with Coachlight Communities.
A: No, but we do recommend that our tenants purchase it to protect their personal belongings in case of an unfortunate event. Surprisingly, the cost to protect your belongings is usually less than $100 for a year!
A: We work very closely with Time Warner Cable, which provides our tenants with great service, pricing and specials. Stop in the office to grab the name and number of your current rep.
A: Most Coachlight properties have onsite staff as well as 24-hour emergency service that can assist you in case you get locked out of your apartment. (There is a fee after business hours.)
A: Our maintenance staff is happy to help you with any problems you might have. Please contact your leasing office during business hours to place a work order.

A: Generally, any condition that is a threat to people or property. More specifically, emergencies are defined as:
- No heat (if it is below 68 degrees in your apartment)
- No running water
- Any smoke or sparks from an electrical fixture, outlet or switch
- Any water flow that cannot be stopped with a turn off valve
- No hot water
- Sewage backing up into the building
- Roof leak
A: You may not make any alteration to the unit, including painting, installing any appliances, changing locks or other equipment of any kind without prior consent from your leasing office.
A: We will always provide you with a 12 Hour Notice before entering your apartment unless there is an emergency.
A: All new move-ins sign a initial 12 month lease. However, we offer Month To Month leases after the initial lease term is over at no additional charge. With all Month to Month leases, there is a moratorium (no move-out) period from October 1st through February 28th.
A: Yes. We have no way of knowing whether you plan to move or stay unless you give notice. Your lease expires but it does not require you to vacate, so you have to tell us in writing 2 calendar months prior to the month vacating.
